 skittles
We have a 4 mo puppy named skittles. New to Yorkies...and training indoors. Skittles will "go" in the designated area when I take her. If I stay alert enough, there are very few accidents. However, if I don't anticipate when she needs to "go", she will still "go" anywhere. Am I on the correct track? If I continue to take her to one spot indoors, will she eventually understand this is where she needs to go. So far, she doesnt' seem to understand that at all, but we have not "fussed" when she goes in the wrong spot...the books say not to fuss at her. Haven't had a dog for over 18 years, and way back then we only had Dobermans, so this is a big change for us. Help! |
