Jackson HATES the vet. He is terrified of vets and groomers. It breaks my heart but sometimes things HAVE to be done. I cried when I dropped him off for his dental. But he was fine afterwards and healthier because of it.
My adopted boy was neutered he is a squatter, the only time he lifts his leg is on walks, and smells others dogs have peed there. Cody is a out side potty only guy. Neutering is also a health factor, it can eliminate testicular cancer down the road, where pain and suffering will be more severe then neutering NOW. No one ever wants to see our babies in pain, but, sometimes it's for their health. I would NEVER have an intact male. Getting him a female and he is still intact will start him to mount the little girl even if you have her spayed, this will put more stress on him. Neuter NOW to eliminate the leg hiking and possibly testicular cancer.
