Just got off the phone with the manager and they know I been coming in there from the time I got Skippy but I guess there is nothing they can or will do. Just gave me an apology. I come from the old school of doing business that if the customer is not happy with something the store should offer something to make it right. I do not know about you all grooming prices but here at this store its $35.00. I would have been happy if they offered me a discount on his next groom. Oh well, a lesson learned. Time to find new groomer. Thank You all for the positive feedback on how handsome Skippy is. He is right now 3 1/2 months and weighs 3 lbs so I am sure he not going to get much bigger. His attitude is way big though....lol
