I'm so sorry your upset. Skippy is very cute, I like his cut, and it will help his Adult coat come in. Princess had the same thing done, her coat came in very fast. Maybe next time you can bring a picture with you, so they will know exactly what cut/ trim you would like. I just love his little face, he's super cute!!!!
