When I wake up in the morning she has poo'd on the tile floor. It is also not just one place but several places. sometimes up to 5 dfr places.
She will also randomly pee on my carpet. When moan at her it looks like she knows exactly why she is getting scold at.
What can I do?

I believe that no matter what the dog's age, they can be re-potty trained. In fact, the potty training methods are usually needed if they ever re-locate to a different place.
Best bet is to limit her access to your home. Set a potty schedule and place her in the restricted area whenever it's potty time. There are different potty training techniques that have been tried and true. Take a look at
The Housebreaking Bible for now and see what works for you.
But definitely you can help her adjust by not giving her access to your entire home, restrict her from carpeted areas, and only let her run around freely
after you know she went potty.
They learn best when you celebrate /reward them for doing things right (not when scolded after doing something wrong). Set her up for success and prevent all accidents whenever possible!
