Our little Spenser came into our lives eight weeks ago from a wonderful Yorkie rescue. We lost Icy, a rough collie, herder and therapy dog, in July at 16. Our two remaining collies, also therapy dogs, missed Icy so much. However, when my daughter brought over, Audrey, a two year old Yorkie, to stay with us while she traveled on business, they were pups again. So, at Christmas we contacted our yorkie rescue group and applied for a senior. Into our lives bounded Spenser, a 7 pound 10 year old little guy with lots of energy, albeit with rests in between. He's had some health issues but each day he is more healthy and adjusted.

Hey Gew,
Spencer is a lucky little guy, to have found you, and your family. It is true
seniors have so much to give, and seem to be very lovable,and attentive.
