Default Choosing an insurance plan

We're getting our two male Yorkie puppies in a few weeks and want to go ahead and set up an insurance plan. We've been comparing Healthy Paws and Turpanion, and both appear to offer decent coverage. [Neither one offers any help with wellness checks, dental care, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, vaccinations, etc., which would be nice since these are everyone's standard expenses; but that's insurance companies for ya.] Apparently Turpanion is a per condition plan, while Healthy Paws offers a flat annual deductible. We're looking for insight - what are the pro's and con's of each? Has anyone had any particularly good or bad experiences with either one?
