She also has thickness of yellow buildup right under her nails (see pictures attached). She doesn't walk outside much in the winter so the salt isn't the issue.

Pills: Benadryl, Apoquel
Ointment: Isaderm gel, Surolan, Aurizon (ear medicine but can be used as on infection)

Apoquel, I gave her one night and she was completely passed out which I was not warned about. I googled the medicine and there are variety of articles about the bad side effects. I stopped giving it to her

Isaderm seems to sting her. Aurizon worked but stopped working after a while. Surolan doesn't seem to work.

Also want to note that she also has an ear infection which keeps coming back. The vet gave me alcohol based ear wash which completely dried her ear out. I hated it. I ended up getting tropiclean ear wash which seems to help and doesn't dry her ears out.

She eats veterinary diet (canned and kibble) called urinary so since she also has UTI issues. I don't know if she just developing an allergy to it. She's also a very picky eater. I also incorporated fortiflora probiotic into her diet to help balance her immune system.

I don't want to give her any more medicine. Feel terrible giving her so much. I was looking into Licks Skin and Allergy (link below). I read up reviews and it seems promising. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this issue and what kind of natural remedies worked for your furbabies .

By looking at the picture's this looks like a fungal infection.
