Hedgehog hair lol, that is funny. He is a baby, reason his hair seems unruly now. If he is a mix depending what the mix was could also be reason for unruly hair. Brush it daily so he doesn't get matted. Give his hair time to grow. If it is to wiry you can always get him a puppy cut, simple to maintain. My now passed girls never had color changes as my adopted boy Cody is going through, I'll take what I get lol, Cody is a perfect boy, very smart and for the most part lol, very well behaved.
