As most mentioned, they usually continue to grow until after 1 year. After 6 months, it's possible that they've reached their full size in terms of bone structure / framing, but usually they still gain muscle mass and weight until 1.5 years or so.

Scottie was pretty fragile until 1 year. Then he began to fill out and gained more weight after and now he's much more sturdy at 3 years. Casie just recently turned 1 and I'm waiting for her to fill out too. It worries me when they're so fragile!

And agreed, don't be too focused on the getting the "right" weight, but rather the weight to frame ratio.
