Kloey would not eat the Merrick food either, I had a free sample and she snubbed her nose at it. She eats Royal Canin for Yorkshire Terriers, and in the morning I give her wet food, I started her on the canned eukanuba and she really likes it, I take her dry food (1TBS) and 1 Large tsp of canned and a few drops of warm water (makes a gravy) and mix it together, and she goes to town on it. Really you just have to experiment, I know it can be costly to do that, cause if they don't eat it then your out, you may go to the pet store and ask them if they have any samples you can try, if they don't I would call Royal Canin and ask them if they can send you a sample to try. It's worth a shot! Let us know what happens. |
