I actually found one that is light weight, large enough for two, and looks like a sports bag. There is breathing mesh everywhere but you can't see the dogs at all! I'll have to look up the brand at the local pet store the next time I go.
My concern was though, I have hard enough of a time carrying one (5lbs) on my shoulder without being exhausted, so there's no way I can carry the weight of two (~10lbs) on my shoulder. So in the end, I decided to carry my two in separate dog bags whenever I go out. My fiance has to carry the other one.

It's made of canvas, has a mesh on the front end, the back end, and the top - all of which can be covered. They love their bags and jump in whenever we go out. When they stay over at my mom's, Casie actually sleeps in her bag (because we don't trust her to not have an accident while she's visiting).

I tried putting the two of them inside and they barely fit. But they don't like cuddling so putting them in a tight space doesn't really work for them. Also, this black one doesn't have as much breath-ability. It has a mesh on the front and back end, both which can be covered, but the material doesn't breathe well. This bag..they definitely wouldn't want to be stuck in there for 7 hours.
