Aww poor baby
I had Bella spayed thursday, she is also 3 and 1/2 lbs and the first day she was very sleepy but has not cried out in pain once. There are no stitches....they did laser surgery and "glued" it together. The vet said she had to stay as calm as possible for 7 days....no jumping, running, licking, things like that.....with Bella it has been almost imposible. He also told me to keep looking at the insision site and check for redness or swelling the first few days. Have you looked at the area? If not, try to check it. If it is red then maybe she has a little infection. I would imagine though that everyones tollerance for pain is differant, and maybe your baby is just one of the ones that has a low tollerance for it.
