My Cali is 8 years old, spayed, and a few months ago I notice a little wetness where she had slept - that happened a couple times over a few months.
Took her to the vet and started a very low dose (she is maybe 4 pounds) of proin twice a day on her food and no further problems. Proin helps to strengthen the muscle tone of the urethra sphincter.
