Default help with old yorkie moving

I have a wonderful little 14yr old Yorkie named Mickie. He is almost blind and almost completely def. He looses control of his back legs and falls, cant do steps at all anymore, we believe he is in minor to moderate pain, sleeps most of the time, is beginning to loose his bladder now. He is also picky about being outside and doesn't really like the grass too much lol. But all that said, my real problem is im moving to Florida and am so fearful that he wont adjust at all. I know he'll hate the grass there, dont know how the heat will affect him, but im terrified of something happening to him because we relocated him in his condition. Im confused about the right thing to do. relocate and he has to deal, or not take him.....the thought kills me. But we all know he is old and his time will come. Im so afraid of making the wrong decision. If anyone has experience with this or has good advice it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
