Hi,

Our yorkie West is 3 now, he has had this before where he gets flaky skin on his back, which show up as little red spots with flaky skin around them. We took him to the vets and it vanished after some shampoo we were given. But it's now come back, and he has a larger one on his back leg, does anyone have any idea what it is?
