What beautiful little babies. I'm so glad you have a watchful eye. I think .2 oz per day is typical but I have often read that two or three days a week (not successive days) may not record a weight gain and that if there is not weight loss it is not typically a cause for concern as long as weight gain returns within two days. Are you weighing twice a day? If there were additional weight loss or further signs of failure to thrive (like being rejected from the pile, minimal movement) I would want to tube feed a supplemental feeding- they say clear pedialyte mixed with puppy formula, so they can keep their energies up to keep up with the big dogs nursing. Remember to never tube feed a cold baby as they need to keep their temperature regulated for their gi system to function.
I used to have some goats that needed a lot of support on their journey to motherhood, I found that nutri drench in the babies before we began the couple of hours holed up on the birthing pen together getting mama to nurse them was the best way to keep them going until mommy goat and baby goats 'figured it out'. Good luck with your babies!
