I was uncertain about neutering so I never did. The Morkie marked but now that the GSD is gone, he does not mark. There is a girl who has a 6 y.o. Golden Yorkie who is needing to rehome her male. I'm not sure of all his details yet but I do have a long list of questions for her. What are your thoughts on bringing in a Yorkie from another family and neutering my current Morkie? I dont want him to start marking again if I bring another dog into the home.

Thank you!
To get answers to your question I suggest your OWN thread. To answer your question, neuter BOTH males to avoid fighting over territory and dominance. Neutering does NOT guarantee marking will stop with older dogs. If you start your OWN thread you will get many answers.
