lol my girl was the opposite when she was a baby. I started her on the wet food to make it easier for her to digest but after a couple of weeks having her, she kept trying to go into the big girls' bowl of dry food and snubbed her wet food. I figured she must be ready for it since she was determined (either that or cause she knew she wasn't suppose to have it). I use wellness and I find that their wet/dry food are similar in ingredients when it's a similar type/flavor. Just that one's wet and the other isn't, so most of the time I let my girl pick out her preference, but dry foods in general is just better for the teeth. I love that Wellness has toy breed sized kibble, my girl likes the smaller crunchy bites.
