Jennifer, I am so sorry to hear about Wilbur!!!
I remember when we figured out that Wilbur is my Mocha's brother. It breaks my heart to hear Wilbur had to struggle to live his life. I am so sorry for everything you went through but I know you gave him a wonderful life.
I truly hope karma bites Charlene hard in the ass. She deserves to suffer the way she has made her dogs and their owners suffer.
