Not nearly, but impossible at present. There is no spyware that will work on a Mac and the only viruses are vb scripts (MS Office) and what are called proof of concept viruses. These are potential viruses, but ones that don't exist in the wild (on the internet).
Yes there is the argument that Macs are more more secure because hey, why write a virus for 3-5% of the market when you can go after the big guy? Still, OS X is based on UNIX which is IMHO inheritantly more secure than Windows. No, I'm not a Mac fanboy, I use both at home and administrate Windows and Apple servers at work.
