Welcome to YT, yep, that's a yorkie. Yorkies are high energy babies, zooming through the house always on the go. Some need more exercise then others, seems like you have that type. Does he play and entertain him self, like chasing his ball or killing one of his toys. My 4 girls slowed down between 9 and 10 years old lol. Give him as much outside walks as you possibly can so he will burn off some of that energy, I know with this weather we have been having that may not be possible, but do the best you can.
