Well... our puppy is 5 mnths and 50% of the time her brain thinks its good to stay outside 15 minutes sniffing the ground and not Go until she is back inside the house.
Now if she would just quite shredding the pee pads when we are not looking or not at home - we would be HALFway there, right?
