Somehow I have started receiving posts from Dr. Becker and she had a recipe that you boil mushrooms in water and then blend them up. She had 4 types of mushrooms you could use. It is supposed to detox the liver. I can't find her post now so that is all I remember. I was curious to see if anyone here has every heard of this or tried it. I'll keep trying to find it and post the article if I can. The article said it was great for people too.
