I think it would be a good idea to talk to your vet about this. He or she would be able to give you some good advice as they know more about what is going on and had been going on in the past. They helped you then so I am certain they will have the right answer for you. A phone consult first would be the thing to do and see what they think should be done. Best wishes and I hope it is nothing serious and your baby will be just fine.
