I wouldn't doubt that these vets are correct in their diagnosis since pancreatitis is very common to yorkies and can happen at any time. It's life threatening, extremely painful, and very debilitating - so keep this all in mind as your little one heals. Going forward, a special diet will likely be needed for life.
