Oh no you're not too late. I figured I'd give this some time. I tend to agree with the weight holding the hair down so its not in his eyes. Thank you for your comment. As you can see I am leaning towards not cutting it although hubby supports a cut. Don't worry . . . I'm the one who handles the scissors.
