One of my yorkies is only 3 pounds (he's 1.5 years old now) and even though frontline says it starts at 5 pounds my vet gave me the ok to give it to him. But the first time she told me to only use half and if he got sick to wash it off with dawn dish soap. He didn't get sick so she said it was ok to give him the full dose the next time. So far it hasn't made him sick and he's been taking it a while. It's really hard to find one for dogs under 4 or 5 pounds. |
