dillydally is correct, there is no such thing as a "teacup" yorkie, bad breeders use that word to charge more money for under standard babies. Standard yorkie size is 5 to 7 pounds that is what you should be looking for, anyone that breeds for tiny babies under 5 pounds are not good breeders.
