To post a picture, first you have to shrink the image to 125 kb or less. A 4x6 usually works fine. Then:

Create a message, then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS and select.
CHOOSE FILE and find the image on your computer
UPLOAD. Here's where you might get the "image is too big" error. If not, close window and hit subit reply.
