 Penny is grieving
My husband passed away the day after Thanksgiving. He was Penny's person. I used to joke that he was Daddy and I was the Help. Ever since he passed. Penny has been distant with me. She eats and will sleep in the bed with me (at a distance) but will not let me hold her or love on her. She was very loving and a real cuddlebug before. I know she is confused and sad but I am beginning to think she will never be the same again. I feel like I lost two loves. Has anyone else experienced something like this? |
