 Teeth stages on yorkies
I have an 8 week Yorkie about 26 oz (1 lb 8 oz) who doesn't have much of a teeth growing on the front and back but he has his 4 teeth on the top and bottom as I would call "fangs". I just want to know if anyone had a Yorkie whose teeth showed up much later. Vet wants to do surgery to bring out his baby teeth as it may cause more damage if I wait later but my dog is so tiny. Does anyone had this experience with their yorkies? I never had a small Yorkie. I normally would have a 10 to 12 lb adult sz yorkies. My Yorkie now is charting between 5 to 6 minths full grown. Please help. Thank you. |
