Last Christmas santa gave Cody who is neutered a HUGE teddy bear, Cody grabbed that bear trying to kill it, the bear ended up under him with Cody straddling it, the bear was in the right position and Cody started to hump it. I jumped up, grabbed the bear in firm voice told him NO HUMPING and put the bear away. 4 months later I bought the bear out and sat it next to Cody's toy box, it was so funny, every time Cody passed the bear he gave it a dirty look as if saying you got me in trouble the last time you were here lol. He wouldn't go near that bear lol. Cody NEVER gets scolded because is is a very good boy. The bear sat there for MONTHS untouched and always got the dirty looks from Cody. 4 days ago he grabbed teddy beating the heck outta him, all the time I was praising him, telling him to KILL teddy, telling him GOOD BOY,as long as he wasn't humping I was praising. He was flinging the bear all over and it end up on the sofa, he straddled the bear I thought ohhh nooo he's gonna do the dirty, to my surprise he just kept killing him. Cody doesn't like to get scolded, I guess that one time he learned. Is it ok for them to hump, should they be discouraged? That I can't answer, I don't like it, I discourage it, I wouldn't want him to grab my leg or a visitors leg so I stop him. Others will be along to offer their experience and advise, suggestions.
