stomper is just lovely ,as my mum would say he is just big boned! I think that yorkies where all once this type of size, and we have breed this out but that sometimes one just comes to the surface. I bet he has a great personality my mums peebles is so friendly and good natured she puts up with my fur kids pulling and running at her and is so docile with everyone.
