Can or will he eat dry food? I'm not sure what his particular diet restrictions are but one of mine was diagnosed with pancreatitis or enteritis (different diagnosis from two different specialists). She been fine on a low fat diet. She's extreme picky and hates the Hills food but will eat the Royal Canin Low-Fat with about 1/8 of a teaspoon of boiled chicken breast (we do the free range, organic). I have to moisten the dry food with warm water, then drain it out and combine it with the shredded warmed chicken.
The free range organic chicken is expensive but it doesn't take much to entice her to eat it (most of the time).
Have you tried warming up the wet food a bit? It seems to make it a bit smellier which they like. Haha. |
