Hi all....
Thanks so much for your interest in Bubbles:aka Gwen (short for Gwendalyn). Yes I am renaming her..:0).
Gwen has seen the specialist on Thursday. ....she does NOT need surgery...whew. But she does need physical therapy, which the shelter will pay for and I have to give her condroitin every night and we have pain killers just.in case.
It is a little hard house training her cause it is so cold out now and it looks like her leg hurts the longer she is out walking on it. So I don't see her being trained to go out doors till around March when the temps start to rise and there is more sun out. So I am weewee pad training her, she us coming along although I gave her a lot more house freedom yesterday and found that she pooped in the tv room again. I was wondering why she didn't poop but then this morning did a house search and found it. Trying to contain her is difficult as she can get out of almost any thing except her crate.....so far. I really prefer to give her all day freedom but can't yet.
But yes she can steal your heart. She amazes me when I see her run through the house on 3 legs. Hoping her leg heals for her...and I guess being that she is taking it easy will help.

My little GiGi is terrified of her and realized today it's cause Gwen is not totally house broken. So hopefully in time they will be able to relax together....but it looks like it will be a slow process.
