Default Ready to tear my hair out!

Ok, that might have been a little bit of an exaggeration, but I'm becoming increasingly frustrated over the last couple of weeks.

We have a 8 1/2 month old girl, and her potty training is going....ok. She was doing great for a solid couple weeks. Only an accident here or there, but it seems like we digressed over the last couple weeks.

She seems to follow a pretty routine potty schedule. But not always. And when she gets off schedule, she always goes in the apartment. She'll come right in after wandering around outside for a half hour and pee right on the floor

Thankfully we have hardwood floors so it is an easy cleanup and no carpets are stained. But we are moving in a couple months and our new apartment has all carpet, which will make it much more difficult to notice if she went in the house or not.

Will she ever reach a point when she "knows" that going in the house is wrong? What is the average time frame for being completely potty trained? We have followed online guides and suggestions since we brought her home, but it seems over the last couple months, she's making no progress. Any help?
