I think the older one will be around 6 to 7 pounds. I think the younger puppy will be smaller at just under 6 pounds. Sometimes a Yorkie can look smaller and still weigh more depending on their bone structure. I don't think there will be enough of a difference to matter. I would go with the personality and the 4 month old should already have his puppy shots and probably is a better price. A vet can also do a more thorough exam on the older puppy, at 8 weeks some problems might now show up. The majority of people want females around 5 pounds so I think you probably have some bargaining room, especially with the older one. Good luck.
