Same problem here. Nikko does fine for awhile but the only time I really take him on car trips is when I go to my mom's which is a 45 minute ride. He will usually start puking 20-30 minutes into the ride. I have tried everything, not feeding him (he just pukes watery fluid), the carseat (eases the fear but he still vomits) and I even bought him these homeopathic drops they sell for motion sickness. They helped a little bit but he still wound up vomiting twice the last time we traveled. Someone on here suggested in another thread to try ginger tablets. She said her vet recommended giving them half a tablet before the trip to settle their stomach. She says she bought them in Walmart. I am from NYC and we don't have Walmart around here. I have tried looking at vitamin stores but they only sell the capsules and the lady (sorry, I wish I remember her name) said they have to be tablets. Maybe you can ask your vet if the ginger tablets would help your baby.
