Hehe funny...I found myself reading about baby carrots about a month ago. It's pretty interesting how it came to be. They're actually the ugly rejects of regular carrots - the ones that don't good enough to be put on the shelf in the grocery stores. Though...all our food is GMO'd in one way or another.
I would agree, to eat and feed the big regular carrots too, for my own taste.
