There should not be a problem using Paypay to make a deposit if you know the breeder and trust her. Most of the time deposits are non-refundable. You should know what kind of contract she has before you agree to make the deposit. There are a lot of scammers out there that that will furnish all kinds of pictures but when they get your deposit they disappear. Is this a breeder that you know? Do they have a website? Do they have references? How old is the pup now and at what age will you be able to get the pup? What kind of registration papers are given? These are all the things you should know before putting a deposit down.
