I am in talks with a breeder that is a little far away. We have seen multiple pictures and videos of the puppy we are thinking about buying. She is requesting a deposit through PayPal and the rest when we pick her up.

What are your thoughts about paypal?
Do you normally sign the contract when deposit is made?

What does everyone think?
