Welcome to YT, and congratulations on your new baby. Yes shaving the ears, getting the weight of the hair off their ears will help IF her ears want to be straight, also taping them will help. I have never taped ears, hopefully one of our members who have experience in ear taping can advise how it is done. Have fun with that lil baby.
