OP sorry it didn't work out for you. You seem to be very interested in this process. As for me I'd be very leary of the arraignment. There are so many things that could go wrong and I myself would never enter into this sort of co parenting situatino but if you do have that chance of following through with your plan lay down the ground rules first.
