Okay let's talk about baths. Do you have a detachable shower head? If so adjust the pressure to gentle. I sing to my dogs in the tub. Yup sing any old ditty will do. Singing helps to relax you! I give treats after bath. Firm but gentle pressure hold under her chin on the bones so she can't bite you. Use your other hand to wash.
Nails. Start touching her paws every day. No nail clipping. Just touch. If you have a partner or friend that can treat her when you clip just two nails at a time that would be great
I start brushing my dogs on my lap. Even can start with just finger brushing then proceed to a very soft brush.
