My 6 month old puppy developed a fascination with eating poop. He is pad trained and, although his pad is literally right next to me, as I'm working on my computer, sometimes, I get distracted and I don't realize that he did is "poopie dance!" Now, he is very familiar with the "leave it!" command. I yell it and he comes right over to me for a "take it" treat. It takes a lot of practice, but it is working. Good luck to you! |
