I agree with all above, your baby should have been 100 well before neutering, also sent home with pain killer meds. We have to have 100% trust in our vets, and I see that you do, however, for a vet to send home a dog that has just had major surgery with no pain killer is a vet that I would not want to use in the future. Just because he has a yorkie does not make him a "good" veterinarian for the breed.
