I understand what you're trying to defend here.
But honestly a "good vet" wouldn't have said "go get BABY ASPIRIN"...!! Do you realize this poor little vulnerable creature had
major abdominal surgery...??? An undescended testicle results in
abdominal surgery - which is major, and
PAINFUL.
A "good vet" would've sent that poor baby home w/ a pain injection already on board and a prescription level pain medication to give for the next 5 days. I'm sorry, but in my opinion - you do
not have a good vet here at all. In fact, I'm really pretty appalled by the lack of care given this poor innocent baby.
You need to advocate for this little one, he's relying on you - and only you - for that.
