So still after all of that nothing??

You may want to try what you are giving him. Try adding a wee bit of evaporated milk with a tad bit of can dog food to his water bowel. That should get him to ANY bowel. You can mix with 80% water and keep the mixture in the fridge. Than slowly ween him off of the mixture and back to 100% water. If you do try this, I'd suggest only giving small portions a couple times a day. The evaporated milk can cause some change in his stool.
