I understand about not wanting your doggie to go outside in the cold and then there is the rain and bad weather. I am sure they must not like it either though some manage it quite well even the little ones. Mine has a ugodog potty box that has two parts to it. You can put newspapers or whatever you want in the lower part and then there are two grids that go on top with comfortable holes in them where the pee goes down into the bottom section. My dog is only 3.5 lbs so I am so glad I found this online and he never has had to go outside. Now they even sell linings for the box that fit completely and you can use them a few times and wash them out. I never got them as I can get all the paper I need for free.
